The Soul Integration Method™

A seven-stage framework for learning to recognize and cultivate your relationship with the Friend Within. Learn to understand yourself more deeply, respond to yourself with compassion, release what keeps you from acting on what you truly desire, and ultimately live from greater self-trust and alignment.

Who will show up for you?

If there were a part of you who knew you completely—your struggles, your strengths, your fears, your dreams—and loved you without judgment, how might she show up for you?

Who want's the best for you?

What if your relationship with yourself could become the most supportive relationship in your life?  What if the person who knows you best, believes in you most, and wants the very best for you... is already within you?

That's the Friend Within.

Get to know her.

Build a relationship with her.

Learn to trust her.

Listen to her.

Let her become someone you can count on.

There is a part of you that has always known you, loved you, and wanted what was best for you—but you've learned to listen to so many other voices.

The voices of parents, teachers, partners, culture, expectations, fear, criticism, comparison...

Over time, those voices can become louder than our own.

You were never meant to be at war with yourself.

Many of us have learned to motivate ourselves through criticism.

To ignore what we need in order to meet someone else's expectations.

To push through when our body says slow down.

To judge ourselves when we struggle.

To believe that if we could just become more disciplined, productive, confident, healed, or better, we'd finally feel the way we're supposed to feel.

But what if the answer isn't becoming better at managing yourself?

What if it's learning to be in relationship with yourself?

That's where the work begins!

The Seven Stages of the Soul Integration Method™

Awareness

I begin to notice myself.

Learn to observe your thoughts, emotions, patterns, needs, desires, and relationships with curiosity rather than judgment.

"What is actually going on inside me?"

Self-Partnership

I learn to become a safe and supportive friend to myself.

Learn to listen, support, encourage, and respond to yourself in a way that builds trust rather than fear.

"How would I treat myself if I truly believed I was on my own side?"

Redefining You

I begin to question who I’ve been taught to be.

Explore the identities, expectations, beliefs, and stories that have shaped how you see yourself—and deciding what is actually yours.

"Who am I beneath all the roles, expectations, and stories I’ve inherited?"

Restoration

I release what separates me from myself.

Create space to release the beliefs, emotional wounds, patterns, and protective responses that keep you from your true desires and interfere with your ability to live authentically.

“What blocks can I release so I can act on what I truly want?”

Embodiment

I learn to experience and trust myself through my body.

Move beyond understanding into lived experience through the body, breath, presence, meditation, movement, and stillness.

"Can I stay present with myself instead of abandoning myself when things feel uncomfortable?"

Alignment

I begin making choices that align with what feels true for me.

Make choices from self-awareness, self-trust, authenticity, and what genuinely matters to you—rather than from fear, expectation, or habit.

"How do I live in a way that reflects who I truly am?"

Returning

I return to myself when I become disconnected.

Recognizing that self-partnership isn't about getting it right all the time. We will inevitably lose connection with ourselves, fall into old patterns, ignore what we need, or make choices that don't feel aligned. Returning means noticing without judgment and choosing to reconnect with ourselves rather than giving up or starting over.

“What do I need to remember, reconnect with, or return to when I lose touch with myself?”

You don't meet someone once and suddenly have a deep, trusting friendship. You spend time together. You listen. You learn one another's patterns. You discover what makes each other feel safe. You show up. You repair things when you get disconnected. You learn to trust that the other person is actually on your side.

That's the relationship you are invited to cultivate with yourself.

I know myself.

I listen to myself.

I support myself.

I trust myself.

I make choices that honor myself.

I return to myself when I lose connection.

When you know yourself, you can choose differently

When you understand what's happening within you, you can respond instead of react.

When you treat yourself with compassion, you don't have to use criticism to change.

When you trust yourself, you can listen to your own needs, desires, and inner wisdom.

When you release the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, you create space to act on what you truly want.

And when you practice living this way, self-trust becomes something you experience—not just something you hope to have.

To Live Soul Aligned is the natural result of knowing yourself, trusting yourself, supporting yourself, and living in relationship with yourself.

You won't always get it right. You will have moments when you ignore yourself, fall back into old patterns, disconnect from what you need, or lose sight of what matters to you.

That's ok.

You simply return to the relationship.
