I was in my early 20s when I began questioning my beliefs. Raised in a strict Seventh-day Adventist home (picture Lane Kim from Gilmore Girls), I longed for a deeper connection with Source. So, like any Gen Xer, I turned to Google and typed, “How do I know God?”
To my surprise, I found a familiar quote from an unexpected place.
“Be still and know that I am God” was being used to describe the essence of The High Priestess in Tarot. When I saw my own initials on the card, I felt an instant knowing that this message was meant for me—and that moment marked the beginning of my Tarot journey.
My path into energy healing and wellness work was shaped by a deeply personal experience when I was 40. My husband and I shared a best friend who was like a brother to us both. He was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma, and when his insurance limited access to treatment, I began searching for anything that might help. Although his illness progressed too quickly and he passed within two months, that experience changed me forever.
What began as grief grew into purpose. I felt called to learn everything I could about prevention, emotional well-being, and holistic healing so I could help others feel more informed, supported, and empowered in their own journeys. That calling eventually led me to expand into energy healing and self-partnership work—supporting individuals as they reconnect with their inner wisdom and take an active role in their healing and growth.
My work is designed to complement—not replace—professional medical care. I believe in honoring both traditional medicine and holistic approaches, and I encourage clients to partner with qualified healthcare providers for diagnosis and treatment. My role is to support awareness, emotional healing, and alignment so individuals can feel more empowered in their overall well-being.
If you're ready to build a stronger partnership with yourself and explore new possibilities for healing and growth, I would be honored to support you.
